Green infrastructures play a key role in the functionality and resilience of urban ecosystems. The physical, including thickness, chemical biological properties Technosols green on rooftops are highly variable, leading to more or less favourable conditions for soil biodiversity. aim this study was investigate abundance diversity bacteria, fungi, nematodes, collembola plants communities relation with abiotic parameters 12 productive extensive roofs Paris region (France). Results showed that harboured high level from microorganisms micro mesofauna. Microbial biomass ranged between 16.3 419.8 ?g DNA g ?1 , predominance nematodes represented 820–60,700 individuals per kg 1000 60,700 collembolan were present m 2 soil. A total 13,986 bacterial OTU (Operational Taxonomic Unit), 33,559 fungal OTU, 47 Collembola species, 28 families, 16 cultivated plant species 48 spontaneous identified all studied. Microbial, animals significantly different two types roofs. Productive represent contrasted habitats, which can strongly influence biota.
